Bosch Washing Machine "Terrible machines"

The instruction manuals are of no help for any of the Bosch appliances I have (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator). The service is awful.

My current dilemma is trying to figure out where to put the non-chlorine bleach into the machine. There seems to be no help on this question.
