Candy # 462/2-80 Italian Washer

I am from Serbia. I posses Italian washing machine Candy, model 462/2-80. She has a capacity of 6 kg and speed of 1400 rpm. Thing that is very like is that even she is much faster of my previous washing machine, she is a very quiet during shes work.

I recieve this washing machine as a gift for entering a new flat abouth almost a ten months ago, and I did not had any problem so far. Before this machine, in the old flat I had a Gorenje model from Velenje, Slovenia. This model vas old over 20 years and it served excellent. Only problem that I had with that Gorenje washing machine, is chasis corrosion.

Even so that, at a time, in Serbia, we did not had a certified service, we have not had a problems with this machine. All problems could be solved by a handyman easily. Little inconvenient was noise that machine was producing and small capacity of only 4 kg. Also speed of only 400 rpm was small for todays machines.

With this new Candy machine and with it’s speed of 1400 rpm, when laundry goes ot of machine, it is almost dry. With old machine I could wash only one tipe of laundry (only white or only colored laundry) simultaneously. But new machine had many different programs for all tipes of laundry specifically, and programs for mixing laundry.

At last, but not least important, energy efficiancy is good, A+ rated. Energy efficiency of old Gorenje model is unknown. Maybe at that time, over 20 yaers ago energy efficiency was not that importand as nowadays.
