Just bought the machine in January and three weeks ago an error code 37 showed up on the machine. Called a technician to come and fix problem. Now we are into the fourth week without our machine because the pump drain that was not working is on backorder.

After searching the internet about this machine, found six pages of reviews talking about the same error code, the same pump drain and the same wait time for the part. The machines are suppose to be superior to others, but in my opinion your money would be better spent on a domestic machine that has parts in stock.

Also, called the company and they are indifferent about my issues of being without a machine for a month.
