Frigidaire Affinity front loading washing machine

Frigidaire Affinity Front loading washing machine. This machine cleans very well and is easy to use as well as being compact and therefore fits easily into smaller sized spaces. We have the model which is white; although more beautiful, colorful machines exist, we are purists! We have not encountered any problems with this machine in the time that we have had it (approximately four months).

We do find that once in a great while, a sock or other small piece of laundry gets stuck in the rubber seal near the door during the cycle. Our prior machine was a front loading Kenmore, which we no longer have because we moved.

We like the way front loaders work and were also looking for an energy efficient machine. Some of the key features that we enjoy about this machine include the various cycle choices.

Our delicates are treated very well in this machine, and we also do a lot of cold washes and cold rinses with our machine in order to further save energy. Our cold/cold loads come out well. All of the buttons are easily used and intuitive. We love the “pause” button and the “add a garment” option as well.

The opportunity to set a timer exists on this machine but we have not used it yet. You can also allow it to save your previous cycle for the next time, which is a feature we enjoy. Although we have only had it a few months, we are very pleased with our Frigidaire Affinity front loading washing machine

We have had no problems with this machine. Have had it for about 5 months. It was a very economical buy. Our clothes come out clean and we love the casual cycle that is only 31 minutes. It was a great buy. Solid machine!

Frgidaire Affinity Front Load Problems
by: Anonymous

This machine has been one problem after another and is only a few years old. Now it won't run because of the door latch sensor. We are now looking for a cheap used machine which I'm sure will work much better than this!!

The softner does not go into the cycle. What is the problem? It did at first but now its always full after a wash cycle.
