GE Profile Washer "Bad Washer"

I am very unhappy with my washing machine. I have a GE Profile Washer, purchased about 9 months ago. It washes very poorly! I have followed all directions from the manufacturer, including using HE laundry detergent.

I even have HE detergent for dark clothes. No matter what I do, lint is left on clothes: light link on dark clothes and dark lint on light clothes. And I do carefully sort my laundry!

On top of that, many times the clothes are very wrinkled even with the use of fabric softner.
