IFB # AW60-9021

The brand of my washing machine is "IFB" and the model number is "AW60-9021" I have heard from my friends that IFB works well and also the main reason that I bought it was its attractiveness.

It looked damn good with top open type and I liked it the moment I saw it. It also has a brand name and it stays at the top position in the market for several years now and that has made me go for it.

Also the sales person suggested me to go for this brand than the other ones and all these factors made me go for IFB. The maximim capacity it could hold is 6kgs.

But I have even tried more than that couple of times and never faced any problems. Yes, I encountered a problem with it after an year of use. It switched off during a power cut and then never got started when the power came up.

Hence I reached out to the customer care and the person came in the very next day and sorted it out. The service was excellent. I owe this model for the past couple of years.

Previously I used Whirlpool. I never faced any problems with that one but replaced it since it became too old. As far as performance is concerned, the current one is much better than the older one.

It could hold more clothes and also the quality of the fabrics stay for too long after I started using this product. I am completely satisfied with this new product.
