Kenmore Heavy Duty Super Capacity Plus Washer

I have a Kenmore Series 80, Model 23832100. It's Heavy Duty Super Capacity Plus. I've had it for about 7 years now and I haven't had any problems with it-- it's completely reliable.

I bought a Kenmore because my parents always bought that brand and Mom always said it was easy to get customer service if you need it.

It's the first washer (and dryer) I ever bought myself, so I thought it would make sense to take my Mom's advice, and so far so good! I don't really have any complaints, but if I ever had to buy another set, I'd hope for something a bit more quiet.
