LG front load washer and the LG service are horrible

My husband bought me an LG front load washer for Christmas. What a mistake. We have had nothing but trouble from the very beginning.
First of all, the washer sounds like a jet engine and smelled like rubber. When we called LG service their response was front loaders sound like that.
They did take us through many test over the phone, that proved the floor was level.
Then I noticed black marks appearing on my laundry.
At first only randomly, now on several pieces in every load. We have talk to LG service many, many times and everyone tells us to clean the washer.
The washer has now been through the clean cycle many times, and is much cleaner than when it was delivered 10 months ago. It is just my husband and I, so laundry is limited.
Now one of the supervisors of LG thinks it could possibly be a bearing. I have ruined several pieces of clothing by now.
We have been without a washer for almost two weeks. We finally had to haul it ourselves to a Maytag dealer 60 miles away for service.
I have had it.
I will never buy anything with LG on it, or do business with Nebraska Furniture Mart where we bought $2000 worth of appliances.
They won't stand behind the washer either.They say their hands are tied.
What a headache!!!!!
