LG washer - I am all shook up!

I just purchased an LG washer, & I am disappointed, because of the vibration & shaking..It scares me. Anyone else have this problem? Had the technician come out & he told me that all LG Front loaders vibrate. I am thinking of returning it.

windows shake

I also have a new LG front load washer. It is on the second floor and the noise and vibration, even with the "special" vibration pads is so bad the windows shake. I can feel it all the way down the hallway. WORST PURCHASE I EVER MADE! LG just blew me off and said sorry. Said it should not be on the second floor. This must shaking would be bad on any floor.
