LG Washing Machine "Biggest piece of crap i have ever owned"

Bought a set from home depot. had it delivered and set up. not enough water was allowed into the washer to clean my clothes. called home depot. they referred me to lg. the first responce from them was to reprogram the washer.

lg told me how to get more water in the machine. i did get more water in the machine, but very little more. i called lg again . thier responce this time was to have a tech come out and look at the washer. but i would have to pay for the techs time. this is a new washer and dryer that is under warranty.

I spent a little over 2000.00 for this set. i am unwilling to pay for a tech for a machine that is under warranty. so, i have been fighting with lg for two years to get this machine to wash clothes and get them clean. i will not ever buy anything that is made by lg again.

Their customer service is no customer service, they just unwilling to back their product. the dryer takes about twice as long to dry as my old machine. i wish i had not givin my old set away. that set was ten times better than the lg set.
