LG WM0642HW, Too much dwell time between cycles etc.

I've had this washer about 11 months now.I have seen some problems i wish i knew how to correct.
The first thing is the water level is too low for me.My model was manufactured without the recirculation spray feature because LG did a design change and did not inform anyone.I was unaware that when i bought this unit it would not have the Forced Water Recirculation Spray system installed on it.I was very disappointed at the deception from LG over this matter.
There's also is too much dwell time between cycle segments. The machine should have a lower factory set rpm spin speed so that it would not have to waste time balancing a load completely to remove after wash, first, and second rinse water.Maybe a 250 rpm speed after clothing has plastered. That should be fast enough to pull water out of clothing between wash and rinse segments nor vibrate washer terribly if alittle off balance so it can proceed through that segment . Have the washer only re distribute if the off balance is over limit for a 250 rpm spin speed. If the 250 rpm has already been reached and balance is not overlimit, let it PROCEED!.
Full balancing should only be used during the final spin segment and according to spin speed selected parameters. That would save alot of time.I want the drum to constantly tumble while washing and rinsing.I believe the pauses are less when you use the Speed Wash cycle.I wish the Cottons/Perm Press/Comforter would do that.
I would like to have the Speed Wash do at least one spin but it only does a idle drain between segments. If LG would install a Strong- Roto-Spray water stream that continously sprays water onto clothing as it tumbles in the cylinder would be great. No longer would the machine have to keep adding cups of water all during the cycles and dry spots on clothing 9 minutes into the wash with a full load.
Once the sump was full water would be recirculated and clothing would be fully saturated earlier in the cycle, plus it would cut down on the wash time needed.
This is the noiseist pump i've heard with a machine that uses so little water.Constantly cycling on and off to burp up a half cup of water. Is takes away from the quiet drum motor and it can be quite annoying.Grrrrr and stop,Grrrrr and stop, over and over and it's empty, Geez!I also don't need a fancy control board to go bad. Put a timer on the upper console and let me select Super Wash 14,12,10 minutes, rinses 1,2,3 final spin, off.Put some water in there pump it onto clothing and lets go already.
I do see alittle mildew forming under the door seal lip area, now that i've looked very carefully. I see now what users are complaining about.I'll have to get on it and see what i can do to clean it up.Couldn't LG have designed a larger vent opening like you see on the back of the washer?
Anyway ,I guess i'll have to live with it for now until some manufacturer comes out with a rear controls front loader that is simplified, durable, and if they won't put in a ROTO-SPRAY then at least have the water go up to the glass edge that clothes can fall into, instead on bumps in the cylinder to simulate washing on rocks.
