MAYTAG NEPTUNE 8KG FRONT LOADER

We purchased the machine in Jan 2007 and in March 2010 the machine stopped working. After numerous phonecalls and faxes to the retailer and Maytag we have gotten nowhere. We are so disappointed that a AUD $2200 washing machine only lasted 3 years and the Indian call centres you get when you ring the service line are of no help at all. Has anyone else had this experience? At this point it looks like we'll be going to court.
