Whirlpool Duet Reviews "This is the worst service"

ok so ive been without a washer for 11 days because whirlpool cant get it together. my front load washer broke on monday 01-10-11 so i called whirlpool since the thing is not even 6months old well it took them 4 days to even get a tech out to my house then the tech had to order parts of course.

well he did that and whirlpool is suck a messed up company they sent on box of parts to my house and the other two boxes of parts to the tech company so now I have a big box sitting in my living room waiting for the tech to fix my washer on saturday.

All whirlpool can say is were sorry. That does not get my clothes clean.... No to get my clothes clean I have to take them to the laundry mat. Even if I do have a washing machine sitting in my own home.

o ya and they say they are giving us $100.00 for our trouble what ever I have spent over $100.00 at the laundy mat so how does that help not to mention the time Im just sitting at the laundry mat waiting for my clothes to wash.

Ive learned I can only do 1 maybe 2 loads at a time there cause by the time u get done folding the 2 loads and u work your way to the 3rd the clothes are so wrinkled you cant even iron the wrinkles out. so im stuck at the laundry mat everyday for at least three hours.

We like so many other people in this world write now are trying to cut back on our spending and the rest of the $100.00 was used up 2 days ago so now im stuck on my hands and knees washing clothes in my bath tub.

Have you ever wrong out a pair of jeans? if you dont want to DONT BUY a whirlpool washer. If you have wrong out jeans well i guess they got u too. By the way i still have not recieved the $100.00 so I have a washer that doesnt work and im in the hole on my bills $100.00. not to mention my hands hurt real bad....
