Whirlpool Energy Efficient Front Load Washing Machine

I have the Whirlpool Front Load. I like that it is energy efficient and saves me money on water.
This machine is a large capacity so you can stuff it full, but this is really not recommended since it is harder to get all the items clean.
The machine is great at washing the clothes and getting them clean, however, washing pillows and blankets requires two or more washes. Sometimes it doesn't wring all the water out completely.
And there are dry spots where it looks like it wasn't cleaned. Other problems with the machine are that we can't keep the door closed completely because if it isn't used within the week it has a mildew smell.
So we generally leave the door ajar so that the air can circulate. I have also started putting the baking soda box to absorb some of the odor. This is the one downfall of this particular machine.
I have owned this washer for 6 years, I have only used top loaders before. I would recommend this type of washer to people who want to save on water, however you would need to buy "High Efficiency" detergent, which can get a little pricey.
Once the washer starts it's not easy to open up and add more items to it as it would be if I used the top loader. I really do like this washer, but with everything there are good and bad points on all items.
The main purpose of buying this machine was because it did not have the agitator, which causes less wrinkles. Best machine I have used so far, with the minor glitches.
