Whirlpool sensation fully automatic

Whirlpool sensation, fully automatic and 5.5kg to 6 kg.

The feature i like the most in the machine is fully digitalized and artifial intelligence. The capacity of the machine is around 5.5kg to 6 kg.

The problem i encountered is the leakage in the drain pipe and coins clocked in the drum.I called the customer care for 2 weeks and then only they came and retured my machine after 1 month. I have owned this machine for past 6 months.

Previous to this one i had a very basic model washing machine of brand maharaja a local brand. I encountered a numerious problems with that one.
1. My electric bill increased a lot with that machine.
2.It was not as efficient as my new one.
3.The stains in the cloths are not removed in first time and it was removed on second or third time.
4.The drain pipe leaked frequently and i had to change the drain pipe atleast every 3months.
5. I had a very bad experience with the customer care

My current washing machine is much better than the last one and it also operates in optimum electricity and works effectively.
