Whirlpool Sixth Sense Washing Machine

We had decided to upgrade from Videocon semi-automatic to fully automatic. No other option as better as Whirlpool came to our mind while deciding on it, for whirlpool being a well-reckoned name in the Indian market.

We finally bought the Whirlpool Sixth Sense which cost us around Rs.12,000. We also got the extended warranty made at Rs.2400 for three years.

What we basically like about it is that the operation is simple with pulsator technology. This technology rinses and washes clothes very efficiently. For optimum wash cycle, high water, medium and low water settings are designed.

It has a 6 Kg capacity. However, there were also some problems faced by us. There was a drag sound emanating from the machine. So, we called up the service and the problem was corrected by the technician within warranty.

Another problem to be surfaced was when the machine started vibrating. So again, we called up the service and they came and replaced the springs.

There was no problem to be encountered with the customer service. It has almost been three years owning this machine. However, prior to owning this, we had the Videocon SA 43 model.

It was semi-automatic which was quite problematic for me and this was the basic reason for me switching on to a fully automatic one. It had a 3 Kg capacity.

And when we dumped more clothes (say 3 jeans), it had a problem in rotation. The drier also gave problems when the load exceeded.

The current washing machine which I own presently is much better than the former one, be it in terms of its loading capacity, drier, and so on. It can be said that Whirlpool works wonders for those who own it and use it with care. It is really worth a buy.
