whirlpool Washer "It's Crap"

We bought the washer as a set with the dryer in may 2006. It needed warranty repair by November 2006. It has continued to still give F1 error codes and I would have to readjust the load, take items out etc to get it to do a full spin by resetting the dial to just spin cycle.

It would even do this for small loads and I would end up with a soggy mess that I would have to try to squish the water out of before putting in the dryer.

The repair men were always finding coins and buttons in the filter which could only be accessed by removing the bottom panel - you have to lay on the ground to access.

No one could fix it and now in Oct 2010 we are told that both computer panels are shot and it will cost us over $ 500 to fix. The store we bought it from and whirlpool offer no help.

We are obviously looking for another non-whirlpool washer and now have the problem of getting one that will stack with the dryer.
